#3: Wash Your Hands
We all know that gender disparities are endless, and personal cleanliness isn’t different. Surprisingly, 15% of men admit to neglecting handwashing, while only 7% of women confess to the same neglect. Although the percentages are considerably different, personal hygiene knows no gender boundaries.

We should all strive to maintain cleanliness for the sake of our well-being and those around us. So, whether you identify as a man or a woman, let’s join hands, figuratively speaking, and embrace the simple yet vital practice of handwashing. After all, good hygiene is a universal language we should all speak fluently.
