#4: You Gotta Work for It
Some people only give a 5-star review if the service or product is outstanding. We get that. You don’t want to hand out those five stars unless they are truly deserved. However, if saving someone’s life doesn’t deserve a 5-star review, we really don’t know what does.
Some people just don’t like to give a perfect score, no matter what. Still, we think it’s a little unfair. Dr. Lewis is probably a great doctor, but now his online reviews might not reflect that.
