Is there anything more frustrating than when you know you have assessed a situation correctly but someone else thinks they know better than you? Most of the time it is easier to just go along with whatever the other person is saying because it saves you time…
But in this case, that strategy clearly didn’t help… Why didn’t this man believe this customer when she told him the pump was broken? Instead of trying to convince both her and himself that something else was the issue, he could have actually fixed the problem at hand.
