29. Lego Family
Much like Operation – and perhaps even more so – Lego is one of those eternal games that never gets old. The original Lego dates back almost a hundred years, but the plastic characters we’re familiar with were first introduced in Denmark in the late 1940s, and it was in the early sixties that it arrived to the U.S.

It slowly spread around the country (and the world) and captured the hearts of children and adults. What’s beautiful about Lego is that it allows you to unleash your imagination and play as you like, creating characters, places and stories of your own. This family decided to have a family costume for Halloween, and when they couldn’t agree on anything else, they finally realized they should go as a Lego family – that way, every member of the family can have their own choice of character – and even the dog was included in the costume.
