Too many Chompers
Teeth are a very important part of our anatomic makeup. Not only have we needed them in order to survive for years and years, but they also maintain structure in our face. As an adult, you are meant to have 32 teeth in your mouth. But sometimes, there are those unlucky few that have a few extras that can disrupt order in your mouth.
Ashik Gavai is one of those unlucky people. The 17-year-old was born with a rare condition called complex odontoma which required him to have 232 teeth removed from his mouth and jaw bone. Making this a world record for the number of teeth anyone has ever had removed.
