According to the World Health Organization’s website, 55 million people live with Dementia, with 10 million new cases every year. Almost everyone knows at least one person living with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Despite being diagnosed with advanced-stage dementia, this mother’s light and love are still able to shine through clearly for her son.

Dealing with dementia and feeling disoriented most of the time is hard, but this post shows it doesn’t take a lot of words to show someone that you care. Even when the mind cannot remember why, there is love.
