#11: Helping Mom
Parents pay for children when they are young; that’s just the natural way of things. But in every parent-child relationship, there reaches a point where the child becomes grown enough to take care of themselves, and things shift a little. Some people, at this point, only look after themselves, figuring that they don’t owe their parents anything.
Other people realize that after the enormous amount of money your parents spent raising you, it’s really nice to help them out occasionally if you can. This guy found a way to subtly help his mother out with the costs of running the household without her even noticing. That’s a very generous son.
