#21: Gregor Fisher as Joe
Joe, the long-suffering manager to Billy Mack, added a grounded, affectionate counterbalance to the film’s more chaotic moments. Gregor Fisher played him with understated humor and quiet loyalty, making their friendship feel genuine beneath all the absurdity. His gentle delivery turned small moments into some of the film’s sweetest scenes.

Long before Love Actually, Fisher was a well-known Scottish actor and comedian, especially recognized for the popular series Rab C. Nesbitt. His background in character-driven comedy made him a natural fit. Joining the ensemble allowed him to bring a subtler, softer kind of humor to an international audience.
