Ask any chef, and they will tell you that a good knife is worth spending money on. A good knife is a game-changer in the kitchen and is worth keeping. Of course, even good knives need to be sharpened from time to time.
This is what one person’s knife looks like after years of sharpening. It’s gotten so thin and sharp that it almost looks like a needle more than a knife. This person is still using this knife, although it looks like it can be used only on very specific things.
