You are bound to find some wild floorplans if you scroll through Zillow real estate listings for long enough. This kitchen looks completely unbelievable, but it is very real. For some reason, this house has a staircase right in the middle of the kitchen. They couldn’t have put it anywhere else? 

The whole design of this kitchen is strange and discombobulating. The wildest part has to be the fact that they attached a fancy kitchen island to the staircase landing. Imagine if you accidentally dropped some food or a glass of water over the edge. It would fall down the staircase and create a huge mess! We’re not design experts, but having a staircase in the middle of a room that usually involves a lot of movement and walking back and forth seems like a bad idea.
