48 Confusing Designs That Prove Some People Really Shouldn’t be Given So Much Power

Modern, funky design choices have taken home decor by storm in recent years. Everyone loves a unique accent piece or fun, colorful kitchen appliance. Don’t get us started when it comes to coffee mugs. Most of us have too many mugs, yet we keep buying more. The designs are too cute and irresistible. 

These clear coffee mugs look cute at first glance, but their design is pretty flawed. The squiggly handle is cool in theory, but the reality of picking up this cup with one hand is next to impossible. Most of us hold onto the middle of a cup’s handle. The squiggle design makes that very hard to do unless you have tiny fingers. We’re guessing the designers didn’t test this one out with real-life consumers beforehand.
