#6: I Didn’t Sign Up for This
We all love a restaurant with a fun gimmick. In a competitive field such as this, you have to think outside the box and distinguish yourself as a business. I also understand if a small restaurant needs creative ways to add more seating areas. But bunk seating? I feel bad for the poor waiters.
When a server comes to take your order, do they climb up, stand at the top step, and hope they can write everything down without falling? Or do they stand at the bottom yelling at you? Not to mention, when the waiter comes to bring a big tray of food, I can imagine how badly that can end.
