#19: Watch Your Food Being Made
Speaking of live cooking demos, this wine shop and Italian restaurant wants everyone to see how their pasta gets made. They installed an angled mirror above the chef’s workstation so customers can watch how they make their fresh pasta. There’s no hiding behind a kitchen door at this restaurant. Everything is out in the open.
This cool feature is a creative way to entertain diners while they wait for their food. It might be kind of nerve-wracking for the cooks, but these two people look like they know what they’re doing. Many people don’t know how pasta is made, so being able to watch a live demo alongside dinner is pretty neat.
