#38: Yeah, That’s not the Answer
One person pointed out that if people stopped getting tested, we wouldn’t have any verified cases and we could go back to our normal lives. This makes sense in a very backward kind of logic. I guess it makes sense in a Karen logic. If we don’t get tested, we could just pretend like it doesn’t exist and everything could go back to normal.
Of course, that’s never the answer. It’s like closing your eyes or digging your head in the sand and pretending like there are no problems in the world. Sweeping the problems under the rug doesn’t make them go away. Just because we can’t see them or hear about them doesn’t mean they stop existing.
