#24: Just Work Harder!
Homeownership seems more and more like a dream, especially for younger generations. Have you seen house prices lately? It’s insane. Back in the day, home prices were more affordable to people working normal full-time jobs. Heck, families with one income used to be able to buy a house and afford the monthly payments.

That possibility is no more for many American families. Many families and couples are working multiple jobs and can barely make ends meet. How can someone who makes $50,000 a year afford a $800,000 home? It seems like the promise of “work hard, buy a nice house” is a thing of the past.
