Living to Work
Do you feel burnt out? You’re not alone. As of 2022, more than half of the US workforce is experiencing some form of burnout. It seems like we’re all just living to work instead of working to live. No one wants that, so what’s the deal? What’s the point of working long hours and making money if we have no time to enjoy the payoff?

Part of this widespread burnout might be the country’s lack of paid time off, plus the glamorization of “hustle culture.” On top of that, many of us can’t afford to take time off because we have bills and rent to pay. Most of the time, it feels like we’re in a never-ending rat race with no time for a well-deserved rest.
