Reddit Users Share Cautionary Tales of Incompetent Coworkers

Next on our list of stories about people making ridiculous mistakes on their first day at work is a cautionary tale about always having backups of your computer files. This guy was super lucky that this happened with Box, as cloud storage services tend to have backups they can roll back to if something terrible happens to your files.

I just like imagining how terrible this guy’s first few weeks of work were while they waited to find out how much they’d be able to get back. And unless his co-workers were absolute saints, I have no doubt that they ribbed that guy about that for the rest of his time at that company.
