#14: Jenilee Harrison’s Inexperience and Falling Ratings Led to Another Casting Change
Jenilee Harrison, a former Los Angeles Rams cheerleader, was generally well liked by her co-workers on Three’s Company. On a personal level, she fit in well with the cast and caused no behind-the-scenes problems.
However, her relative inexperience as an actress became a concern, especially as ratings began to slip. Producers ultimately decided the show needed a stronger presence in the third roommate role. That decision led them to once again search for a new character, continuing the show’s revolving-door approach to casting.
