A Time of Giving
Christmas gifts – and gifts in general – aren’t always about the money but the thought and effort that goes into them. That’s why they say, “it’s the thought that counts.” The problem is when you realize that neither money nor thought went into your gift. That’s what happened to this person when they got a Christmas card from their coworker that left them baffled.

The worst part is that they know this particular coworker is filthy rich, and they got them the cheapest card in the store! It is pretty weird. They could’ve spent more money on a nicer card, and they clearly didn’t put a lot of effort or thought into choosing this card, so why give anything at all?
