#45: Mind-Blowing
We perceive ourselves differently than other people perceive us, and in fact, everyone perceives us differently. A different version of us exists in the minds of people who know us. Your partner perceives you a certain way, and your friend, your mother, and your coworker all perceive you differently.

You never actually know how a person perceives you; even if they tell you they think highly of you, there’s no way to know how a person truly feels about you. Maybe that’s a good thing. It’s hard enough living with one version of ourselves – can you imagine what it would be like to live with a hundred of them?
