#39: Today Was a Good Day
The only measurement you need to tell if you’re having a good day is your gut feeling: when you have a good day or a lousy day, you feel it in your gut. When you have butterflies or a warm, gooey feeling inside you, it means you’re having a good day. When your stomach is in knots, chances are you’re stressed and having a bad day.
There are other ways to tell if you’re having a good day: if by the end of the day your cellphone cattery is full – it means you had a day. The more time you spend on your phone, the more bored you must be. If you feel like spending all day scrolling through social media, that must not be a very good day. So, how’s your day going?
