Fashion, go figure
This dress, which came to be known as the “optical illusion dress,” is the work of fashion designers Viktor & Rolf. Over the years, we’ve seen some pretty strange trends in the fashion worlds, from the bullet bras in the fifties to the neon shades of the eighties, and even one, particularly bizarre meat dress.
Yet, fashion is about innovation, and somehow it always finds a way to surprise us. This Viktor & Rolf dress was debuted in their 2010 summer collection and provoked many comments. If you look closely at the right photo, you’ll learn the trick to this optical illusion: the two parts of the dress are connected with a black dress underneath the skirt.
