We love a savage grandma moment! This woman’s brother brought a girlfriend home to dinner one time, and grandma was not impressed. Instead of showing basic manners and respect for elders, the girl he brought home spent the whole dinner texting and staring at her phone. This would be rude to anyone, to be sure, but this grandma found it particularly rude and decided to say something about it.

As grandma was getting ready to leave after dinner, she turned to the then-girlfriend and said, “Next time I’ll bring my phone so we can talk.” Daaaang. Imagine that girl’s embarrassment at being read to filth by a grandma. Let this be a lesson to us all. Don’t ever disrespect the matriarch of a family! And don’t text during dinner.
