This person’s parents met through some crafty matchmaking on the part of their dad’s family. Their mom was hosting a funeral, and their dad’s mom (this poster’s grandma) walked right up to her and told her how awesome her son was. You’d think that a funeral would be too somber of an event for matchmaking, but not according to this lady!

It seems the whole family was in on the scheme because their dad’s sisters helped to set the two up on a date. They obviously thought she was a perfect fit for their family and wanted her as an in-law! Who knows if this person’s dad would have taken the first step without a little nudge from the women in his family. We’re glad they were there to help!
