#7: Karma Speaks Through Some People
I almost wish this had been a criminal trial and not a protective order request. That would have been an epic response to the lawyer asking if he’d ever hurt her. Abusive people ought to be held accountable for their actions. I’m proud of her for speaking up, though.

It’s not easy to come forward with such accusations, as often, when there is no proof, these accusations tend to be ignored, and the person making the accusations might be considered a liar. In this case, though, it worked out pretty well. I’m so glad it ended this way, and I’m sorry to say this, but I hope he lost his visitation rights as well.
