#26: Don’t Ask
Listen up, defense lawyers. Don’t make this mistake. When jury selection is going on, and a potential juror says they have a conflicting issue and want to speak in private, take it to the back room. You don’t want the whole juror pool to be thrown out because you held all the power at that moment.

Posts like these make me wish we had the whole backstory. What was the original trial about? What was this one about? What kind of crimes are we talking about here? It can’t be anything too serious, right? I mean, they were convicted and obviously out and about to commit the next crime (allegedly).
