#25: He Probably Heard It on TV
If there is one phrase overused on television shows, it’s “I was at the wrong place at the wrong time.” It’s the lamest excuse in the book, and I’m glad the judge set him straight on how that wasn’t the case since he had gone out of his way to purchase the eggs, and that’s the opposite of “caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.”
Even his friends couldn’t help but laugh at how ridiculous that sounded. I’d love to know what the sentencing entailed. Hopefully, it was hours of community service and reparations to the owners of the cars. Eggs can really mess a car up, especially if they’re not removed immediately. They can strip the paint right off after a day or two!
