50 Weird Design Choices That Prove Interior Designers Don’t Always Know What They’re Doing

Architecture from the 80s and 90s probably looked cutting-edge and modern at the time, but it didn’t age well. This hallway is definitely unique, but it looks extremely dated. We bet this design was groundbreaking when it was first built. Alas, trendy stuff like this isn’t timeless. It’s bound to look dated at some point or another.  

Overall, this hallway design looks cool but is completely out of place in a home. It belongs in a hamster wheel or a mall. At least there are floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. This design would be pretty cool if it lit up at night. The longer we look at it, the more we realize that it’s not so bad.
