#16: Giant Doors vs. Human
It might seem over-the-top to make doors this large in our modern day and age, but here we are. Someone came upon these enormous doors somewhere in Denver, Colorado, while they were exploring the city. He posed in front of the doors for scale. This door is big enough to fit a giraffe.

These giant doors aren’t as random as you might think. According to the person who posted this photo, the doors were installed in a Colorado government building. Obviously, they wanted to make a really big impression with these doors. Also, they are very reminiscent of Renaissance-era bronze doors installed in many Italian churches. They’re imposing, intimidating, and formal. Everything a Colorado government building probably wants to convey.
