#18: Well, That’s Gross
When it comes to being on public transport, there is no denying that it has the potential to make you feel a little bit, well, gross… We’re not saying that taking public transport is gross; rather, the experience of feeling like you are breathing in other people’s air is slightly off-putting. Well, it turns out that this phenomenon is much worse than we originally thought…
Apparently, when we’re at a train station, 15% of the air we breathe is human skin… Yes, you read that correctly. We’re not saying that you’re physically breathing in actual skin, but considering how many people pass through in a day, it makes sense that small skin particles would float around.
