54 Completely Impractical Designs That Make No Sense

There are some truly creative people out there. Someone built this restroom sink completely out of plywood. They crafted the sink to look like layers of the earth tunneling down to the drain. We have never seen anything quite like this. The pessimists among us ignored the novelty and immediately thought about how difficult this sink would be to clean. 

They’re not wrong. The layers of wood take way longer to clean than a simple, smooth sink. Plus, this sink needs to be refinished on a regular basis because it’s made entirely of wood. Wood and a constant flow of water don’t mix very well. If this beautiful piece isn’t cleaned and treated on a regular basis, it could become a breeding ground for mold.
