Many hotels have cool, unique art features in their main lobby. This hotel had the right idea but chose the wrong venue for this art piece. Imagine an entire wall of felted fuzz balls in a high-traffic corridor of a hotel. That’s exactly what this is. The wall itself is pretty cool. It looks like hard stone. As you get closer, you discover the “stones” are actually soft, fuzzy felt. 

This is a horrible idea for a busy area of a public hotel. So many people probably touch or brush up against this thing, leaving behind a wild amount of germs. The main problem is that felt is hard to clean. Maybe this hotel was better off installing actual stones instead of these cute fuzz balls.
