#23: Monster Tractor
Fans of lifted diesel trucks have nothing on this guy. This guy’s tractor has the biggest track system we have ever laid eyes on. We have to admit that we’re impressed, even all these years later. This tractor may have been custom-made by the farm where this photo was taken in 1954.

The lifted tracks weren’t just for looks. This tractor was specially built to dust and detassel sweet corn grown on the farm. The tractor had a unique six-and-a-half foot clearance that allowed it to cover two rows of corn at once. Talk about modern efficiency. We have a feeling this tractor was later replaced with another, more modern design, but we like the thought behind it.
