Introverts will understand this passive-aggressive sign a little too well. While we love our friends, there are some people in our lives who require way too much social energy. These people tend to hang out for way too long, especially when they’re over at your house. Why is that? It’s almost like they know you won’t call them out and make them leave when they have overstayed their welcome.
If you have ever experienced social fatigue with a house guest, this sign is for you. It reads, “All our guests bring happiness; some by coming, others by leaving.” Ouch. What a way to kick someone out. Although, if we’re being honest, the friends who overstay their welcome will most likely not get the hint. They’re usually not clued into subtle social cues like this. Oh well.
