Maybe I’m just really old school, but as much as I can appreciate the funny point being made here (with more than a smidgeon of sarcasm), I can’t help but feel a little pang in my heart that longs for the days when people would sit down and think of the exact right words.

Once upon a time it was important to say the things that we wanted to say in the right words. Nowadays, we are so overloaded with words, messages, and cliches that we can’t even take ourselves seriously, and our limited attention spans mean it’s hard to sit down for long enough to write more than two sentences.
