#20: Hipster Level 9000 at Gate B
Some people pass the time at the airport scrolling endlessly. Others stare blankly into space questioning their life choices. And then there’s this passenger, who casually rolled out a vintage typewriter like she’s drafting a novel set in 1924 while waiting for her Alaska Airlines boarding group to be called.

The clacking keys echoing through the terminal probably confused at least three tourists and awakened the ancestral spirits of journalism. But honestly? It’s kind of iconic. If you’re going to be stuck at the airport, you might as well make everyone wonder if they’ve stepped into an indie film.
