The Boogeyman
For years, parents have used all kinds of mythical or made-up creatures to get their kids to go to sleep, from the Sandman to the Bogeyman and the classic monster under the bed. Personally, we don’t understand how the idea of these scary creatures could get any child to behave and go to bed, but some traditions you can’t argue with.
The Boogeyman is one of those mythical figures, who came to life in the Stephen Kay franchise of horror films. Its shape is unknown, but two of his most iconic features are the big, creepy smile and the hollow eyes, which are perfectly depicted in the costume. One look at this perfectly-crafted costume is enough to know we’re looking at the Boogeyman, and it’s bound to make any haunted house a success.
