It is almost that time of year again – when you put on your warm socks and onesies to go and sit in front of the television to watch all of your favorite Christmas movies in a row. It is the guilty pleasure of so many of us, so there is no need to be embarrassed. Getting hyped up for Christmas, months before Christmas even begins is what the holiday spirit is all about! And even though it isn’t Easter, be sure to look out for some Easter eggs throughout the film, when you are all rugged up watching your favorite flick. Because apparently, we have been missing out on some very serious plot thickeners this whole time. Consider this rather impressive list of Easter eggs as an early Christmas gift, from us to you.
#1: The Santa Clause 2
Ever heard of method acting? It is the act of completely entering into the role you have been given, in order to completely and authentically play the role. Anything from eating specific foods, changing your personality, or even living in a new place all counts as method acting.
Whilst Tim Allen was playing Santa Clause in The Santa Clause 2, he did not step away from his character once. It was said that many of the children on set believed him to be the real Santa and he didn’t want to disappoint Santa’s most adoring fans.
