50 Silly Designs That Prove Some People Just Don’t Know What They’re Doing

Old buildings tend to have strange characteristics and design choices. It’s something that happens over time as the building changes. That’s probably the case with this strange door that is floating above everyone in this school gym. However, we can’t think of a single situation where this door would have been useful, in the past or otherwise. 

Did the gym floor used to be a whole ten feet higher? If that were the case, we have a feeling they would have just knocked the whole thing down to build a new gym. The floating door matches all the other normal doors, so we have no idea how it got up there. Maybe someone messed up the measurements and didn’t want to admit their mistake.
