Unexpected Survivors
The sinking of the Titanic in 1912 is a well-known human tragedy. Unfortunately, of the 2,000-plus people on board, more than half perished in the accident. With survival that low, it is surprising to know that some dogs on board managed to survive the incident as well.

Records show that there were at least 12 dogs on board the Titanic for its infamous voyage. Of those 12, only three were able to come out alive. All three were members of first-class cabins, and they included two Pomeranians and one Pekingese. May the other nine puppies rest in peace!
