#17: Buried Treasure
The cool thing about 3D printers is that creative people now have more freedom to bring their artistic visions to life. What was once impossible and expensive for the average person to make is now easily produced in someone’s at-home office. For instance, take this neat at-home project that someone made as a summer activity.
Our storyteller’s nieces are obsessed with dinosaurs. Naturally, this person 3D-printed a small-scale Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton for their nieces to excavate in their backyard. They really went all out. Every piece of the T-Rex skeleton was meticulously printed out and buried. Their nieces were in for quite a surprise as they embarked on their own imaginary archaeological dig. How cool is that?
