15. Lawyer
Poor lawyers always get the short end of the misconception stick. It’s not bad enough that everyone thinks they are crooks in fancy clothes. Many people add insult to injury by assuming that being a lawyer means you practice every form of law under the sun. It’s simply not the case, though.
When lawyers go to law school, they choose to study a specialty. Some aspiring lawyers will study constitutional law while others will specialize in family matters. Just because you know a lawyer doesn’t mean they can answer your parking ticket questions or preside over your divorce. In fact, they probably can’t.
