Honestly, I don’t have an ounce of sympathy for this guy. Who treats a coworker like that?! He did say this was his first job after college, which means he was probably just a young college kid, but that’s no excuse to treat women this way. If he liked her or found her attractive, why not just talk to her like a normal person?

Good for her for complaining to the manager. This is workplace harassment, and if she suspected it was someone from the company who messaged her, the manager should definitely be involved. I’m so glad he gave himself up; he needs to learn you can’t treat women this way and that actions have consequences.
