What we find amusing about all these stories is how much time it takes people to realize a mistake they’ve made. This dad and his kid spent an entire picnic with a random church group that has nothing to do with them and didn’t realize until they spotted the actual group they were supposed to meet.

We’re also amazed that so many people are so polite they don’t even bother to correct their mistakes! What would have been more awkward – if someone had said something at the beginning, kicking them out of this church picnic, or having to find out by chance when you see the actual group you were supposed to meet? We actually think it’s the first option.
