Cleaning Schedules are Sparse
You’d think that at a place that sells food, cleaning would be a priority, right? That’s what we like to think, but unfortunately, it’s not always the case. As we’ve said, every restaurant is a different story, and while some places put cleanliness first, others might neglect it a bit. Or a lot. While they might mop the floors and clean the tables, at this specific restaurant, they neglected the shake machine and the freezer.
If you’ve ever worked at a venue that sells food, you might know that some places clean the machines, including the shake machine, ice machines and freezer on a weekly or even a daily basis. Apparently, other places clean those machines once every eight years, and sometimes not even that.
