Sacrificing the Taste
This might not be a confession from a former fast-foot restaurant, but we won’t be surprised if they use the same practices in order to save some money. After all, we know the top priority of these restaurants is making money, and not, say, their customers’ satisfaction and experience.
Re-using oil might not be unsanitary or unhealthy in any way, but according to this person, it doesn’t taste as good. However, if you can save a few bucks at the expense of the taste, it sounds like an obvious choice for the managers of these chains. The customers might think otherwise, but they don’t get a say in this, do they?
