52 Hilariously Unfortunate Times the Job Was Done in a Haphazard Manner

So clearly, what happened here is that the red paint went down on the road after the manhole cover was already in place, so the cover got painted half-red. Later, someone needed to access what was down there—likely a sewer—and when they were done, they did not line the manhole cover up correctly as they put it back in.

And honestly, on this one, I’m going to give them a pass. Would it have suited my sense of aesthetics if they had lined it up properly? Of course. But if I had just climbed up out of a sewer, I am pretty sure that aesthetics would be the last thing on my mind.
